- We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our growing IT company. - The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. - This includes recruiting, hiring, onboarding, employee development, and ensuring the company's compliance with labor laws and internal policies. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a talent acquisition strategy to source, test, interview, hire, and onboard employees through online and offline platforms. - Actively manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screenings, interviews, and negotiations. - Ensure that candidates are evaluated on basic technical knowledge and relevant skills related to the company's tech stack during the interview process. - Keep job descriptions up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with legal requirements. - Develop and manage a training and performance management program that ensures employees are familiar with their job roles and responsibilities, industry trends, and safety/legal regulations. - Organize and provide orientation programs for new hires, and continuously offer training to enhance existing employees' skills. - Collaborate with department heads to assess training needs and execute effective development plans. - Drive employee engagement initiatives that promote a positive work culture and enhance job satisfaction. - Monitor and foster high employee retention rates through recognition programs, mentorship, and career development opportunities. - Ensure equality, diversity, and inclusion are embedded into all HR processes, promoting a healthy workplace culture. - Prepare, update, and maintain comprehensive HR policies, including employee handbooks, NDAs, legal documentation, and global company policies. - Maintain employee records (attendance, leave records, etc.) in accordance with company policy and legal standards. - Oversee payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance. - Support management in handling performance appraisals, disciplinary actions, and grievance processes. - Investigate and resolve employee concerns, disputes, and conflicts to maintain a healthy work environment. - Implement and oversee payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements. - Administer employee benefits programs, including insurance, health benefits, and retirement plans. - Review compensation packages regularly to ensure competitiveness in the IT industry. - Develop long-term HR strategies to address the staffing needs of the organization, taking into account business growth, market changes, and staffing levels. - Manage the performance and development of both in-house and remote teams, including third-party contractors. - Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and any other applicable regulations. - Liaise with legal counsel regarding employment laws, contracts, and dispute resolutions when needed. - Be flexible and open to accepting any challenging tasks or responsibilities assigned by management, even those outside of your defined HR portfolio, to support the overall business objectives. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree in HR or MBA preferred). - Minimum 2 years of experience in HR management in the IT or technology sector. - Proven track record in full-cycle recruiting, including technical hiring in alignment with the company's tech stack. - Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and IT industry trends. - Hands-on experience with HRMS/HRIS systems, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and payroll software. - Familiarity with technical roles and the ability to assess candidates' basic technical knowledge during the hiring process. - Strong leadership skills to guide HR operations, including managing teams (both in-house and remote) and collaborating with department heads. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with employees at all levels, from junior staff to senior management. - Strong conflict resolution, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities to handle employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions. - Proven experience in driving employee engagement, fostering a positive work culture, and promoting diversity and inclusion. - High level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially when handling legal documentation, payroll, and employee records. - Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs and workforce demands. - Skilled in negotiations, handling grievances, and resolving workplace conflicts amicably.
