Key Responsibilities:


Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:


- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.


- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.


- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.


Employee Engagement & Welfare:


- Design and implement employee engagement activities.


- Address employee grievances and ensure a healthy work environment.


HR Operations:


- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.


- Handle payroll coordination and attendance management.


- Prepare HR reports and MIS for management review.


Performance Management:


- Assist in implementing appraisal systems and performance reviews.


- Support training and development initiatives.


- Compliance & Policy Implementation:


- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.


- Draft and update HR policies as per organizational needs.


Qualifications & Skills:


- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.


- 4 - 6 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in manufacturing or engineering industry.


- Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.

- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.


- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


- Strong organizational and time management skills.
