Position Overview

The Regional Head will lead and drive the sales and market development for access control and smart parking solutions across residential societies and gated communities within the assigned region. The role involves managing business growth through a direct sales team, building relationships with Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs), facility management companies, and builders to generate leads while ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Revenue Growth

- Drive sales targets for boom barriers, RFID access systems, and smart parking solutions across residential societies.

- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives.

- Identify and onboard new housing societies, developers, and facility management partners.

- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

2. Client Relationship & Key Account Management

- Build long-term relationships with RWAs, builders, and large housing clusters.

- Ensure seamless project execution and post-installation support through coordination with operations teams.

- Conduct regular review meetings with key clients to ensure satisfaction and identify cross-selling opportunities.

3. Team Leadership & Performance Management

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Area Sales Managers and Sales Executives.

- Define sales goals, track performance metrics, and ensure accountability.

- Provide training and guidance to improve product knowledge and negotiation skills.

4. Market Expansion & Intelligence

- Identify emerging market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

- Provide feedback to marketing and product teams to tailor offerings for the residential segment.

- Plan and execute regional marketing initiatives and on-ground activations to build brand visibility.

5. Operations & Coordination

- Ensure timely collection of payments, adherence to SOPs, and cost-efficient operations.

- Collaborate with operations and installation teams to ensure smooth deployment and client satisfaction.
