Park+ - Manager - Channel Sales - South

Role Overview

- Drive closures in gated apartment societies by owning the end-to-end apartment sales funnel across assigned cities.


- The role primarily focuses on direct apartment sales, with additional responsibility for managing and supporting channel partners to improve market coverage and closures.


- Strong execution, strict funnel hygiene, and complete revenue ownership are key expectations.

Locations Covered: Kochi, Vijayawada, Coimbatore, Mysore

Key Responsibilities

Apartment Sales & Closures (Primary Focus)

- Drive closures across identified apartment societies through direct engagement with RWAs, society committees, facility managers, and residents.

- Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to installation go-live.

Sales Funnel & Activity Management

- Build and maintain a strong city-wise sales funnel with daily meeting coverage

- Ensure target hygiene, follow-ups, and conversion tracking through CRM.

Activation & On-Ground Execution

- Plan and execute apartment-level activation campaigns to generate demand.

- Drive on-ground sales activities to maintain pipeline momentum.

Channel Sales Management

- Coordinate with existing channel partners (brokers, local vendors, integrators) to support apartment closures.

- Enable partners with product knowledge, pitch support, and closure coordination.

- Track channel-sourced leads and ensure proper funnel movement and CRM updates.

- Act as the single point of contact for channel partners for deal coordination, pricing alignment, and closure execution.

Meeting & Data Hygiene

- Maintain accurate CRM records with daily logging of meetings, follow-ups, and outcomes.

- Ensure visibility and predictability of the sales pipeline.

Collections & Recovery Management

- Ensure timely collections for both direct and channel-driven closures.

- Coordinate with finance and operations teams to avoid revenue slippages.

Client Experience & Go-Live Support

- Ensure smooth onboarding, installation, and service delivery with minimal escalations.

- Act as the escalation point during the go-live phase for RWAs, partners, and internal teams.

Candidate Profile - Skills & Competencies

- Strong field execution and relationship-building capability

- Experience in direct apartment sales with exposure to channel coordination

- End-to-end sales ownership mindset with high accountability

- Strong CRM discipline and data hygiene orientation

- Consultative selling, negotiation, and closure skills

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across multiple cities

Preferred Qualifications

- 2-6 years of experience in B2B field sales, apartment sales, or gated community sales

- Exposure to channel partner coordination is an added advantage

- Familiarity with apartment societies, RWAs, and local ecosystems

- Proficiency in CRM tools and Excel

- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned locations
