About the Role: We are looking for a sharp, data-driven Lending Program Manager to join our team. This role will be pivotal in driving user growth and engagement through data insights, funnel optimization, and strategic experimentation. In addition, you will play a supporting role in managing operational and performance-related coordination with our lending partners. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with lending partners to manage daily operations, troubleshoot disbursal-related issues, and track performance against SLAs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams-engineering, product, marketing, and design-to drive high-impact initiatives. - Analyze product and user data to identify growth bottlenecks and opportunities across acquisition, activation, and retention funnels. - Support instrumentation and data tracking implementation in collaboration with the tech team. - Track and report key metrics (DAUs, conversion, churn, retention, disbursal success) and surface insights to guide decision-making. - Coordinate with marketing and product teams to define and measure success of growth campaigns. - Build and maintain dashboards to monitor product and funnel performance. - Assist in gathering feedback from lenders and users to identify areas for improvement in product experience and partner integration. What we're looking for: - 2-5 years of experience in product analytics, growth, or related roles. - Strong analytical skills; proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI). - Experience with analytics platforms like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics. - Basic understanding of lending workflows and the fintech ecosystem is a plus. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work with internal stakeholders and external partners. - A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail. - Experience in high-growth environments like consumer apps, fintech, or platforms is preferred.
