Business Development Manager Valet Services

Role Overview:

The Business Development Manager (Valet Services) will be responsible for driving growth by identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities in the valet parking segment.

This includes building strong client relationships, creating strategic sales plans, and ensuring successful execution of contracts across multiple sectors such as hotels, malls, hospitals, events, and airports.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in valet parking across target sectors (hotels, malls, hospitals, events, airports, etc.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular updates to leadership.

Client Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and meetings.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Market Research & Analysis

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and emerging opportunities.

- Provide insights and recommendations to leadership for strategic decision-making.

Proposal & Contract Management

- Create customized proposals, pitch presentations, and pricing strategies for potential clients.

- Collaborate with operations and legal teams for contract finalization and service deployment.

Brand Representation & Networking

- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Strong business development and sales acumen.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

- Analytical mindset with proficiency in market research and competitor analysis.

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.

- MBA preferred but not mandatory.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Revenue growth and new client acquisition.

- Sales pipeline health and conversion rate.

- Client satisfaction and retention metrics.

- Market share expansion in valet services segment
