- Execute CRM and performance marketing campaigns across Push, Email, WhatsApp, SMS, In-App, and RCS channels.

- Support day-to-day setup, execution, and optimization of marketing automation workflows on MoEngage and other CRM platforms.

- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CVR, retention, and reactivation rates.

- Analyze user funnels and behavior to identify drop-offs, insights, and growth opportunities.

- Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure campaign accuracy, brand alignment, and timely rollouts.

- Maintain campaign dashboards and share daily or periodic performance reports with the Growth Manager.

- Conduct A/B tests on messaging, creatives, timing, and journeys to improve engagement and conversion rates.

- Ensure data hygiene, audience segmentation accuracy, and campaign compliance with best practices.

Skills & Tools Required :

- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools such as MoEngage, CleverTap, or similar platforms.

- Working knowledge of funnel and behavior analytics tools like Google Analytics, Metabase, and Excel/Google Sheets.

- Strong numerical and analytical skills with close attention to detail.

- Understanding of user lifecycle management, engagement strategies, and growth fundamentals.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

What We're Looking For:

- 2-3 years of experience in growth marketing, CRM, lifecycle marketing, or performance marketing roles.

- Strong problem-solving mindset with curiosity to experiment and learn.

- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
