Parity Cube - Manager - Account & Finance

- The Account & Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing financial operations, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing budgets and reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations.

- Additionally, the role involves handling account reconciliations, managing payroll, handling vendor payments, and monitoring cash flow.

- The role is full-time and based in Mumbai, with hybrid working arrangements available.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Accounting, Financial Planning, and Budget handling

- Strong skills in Account Reconciliation and Financial Reporting

- Knowledge of Payroll Management and Vendor Payment processing

- Ability to analyze financial data and provide insights for management decision-making

- Expertise in Accounting Software and Advanced Excel; familiarity with compliance regulations

- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

- Certifications such as CA, CMA, or CPA, and prior experience in a similar role will be an added advantage

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team
