We partner with founders, investors, and institutions to structure, position, and execute high-impact deals across Consumer/Retail/FMCG/Healthcare with deep sectoral thesis.

We are looking for a high-calibre Investment Banking professional to join our advisory team, with a strong focus on the Consumer/Healthcare sector to deepen the practise.

Role Overview:

We are seeking atleast 4 self-driven professional of relevant experience in Investment Banking / Venture Capital /Private Equity / Transaction Advisory who has:

- Built deep research and sector understanding in consumer or general healthcare (hospitals, diagnostics, healthtech, clinics, wellness platforms, etc.)

- Successfully closed at least 2 consumer or healthcare transactions

- Independently handled end-to-end deal execution and client interactions

Key Responsibilities:

- Existing Actionable Client Relationships

- Contribute to business development and sector research

- Lead end-to-end deal execution for consumer/ healthcare transactions

- Prepare pitch decks, business plans, information memorandums (IMs)

- Conduct and supervise due diligence

- Build financial models and valuation analyses

- Manage investor outreach, data rooms, and workflows

- Coordinate with legal, tax, and diligence partners

- Support negotiation of term sheets and transaction documents

Required Skill Set:

- Strong verbal and written communication

- Team player with client-facing confidence

- Excellent presentation, storytelling, and modelling skills

- Execution-driven mindset

- Ability to manage multiple workstreams

- Entrepreneurial, problem-solving attitude

Educational Background & Experience:

- MBA / CA preferred with strong academics

- 2-5 years in IB, VC, PE advisory, or transaction roles

- Strong consumer/healthcare research experience

- Track record of closing 2+ consumer/healthcare deals

- Client interaction and negotiation exposure
