Paramount Computer Systems - Technical Project Manager

About the job:

- We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in cybersecurity to lead the successful delivery of security-focused initiatives for our clients.

- This role involves managing multiple concurrent projects-ranging from penetration testing engagements and SIEM deployments to large-scale security transformations-ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with cybersecurity best practices.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

- Collaborate with clients, technical teams, and stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, and success metrics

- Develop detailed project plans, resource assignments, risk mitigation strategies, and communication plan

- Coordinate with cybersecurity engineers, analysts, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless project execution

- Track and report on project status, risks, and deliverables to internal and external stakeholder

- Ensure alignment of project outcomes with industry security frameworks and compliance standards ( NIST, ISO 27001, CIS, GDPR)

- Support proposal development and SOW creation for new cybersecurity engagements

- Manage change requests, scope adjustments, and client expectations throughout the project lifecycle

- Conduct post-project reviews to assess project success and gather lessons learned

- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery practices within the cybersecurity tea, Ensure resource availability and allocation

Education & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 5-7 years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in cybersecurity or IT security related projects

- Proven track record of delivering projects such as Security assessments or penetration testing, Identity and Access Management (IAM) implementations, Cloud security hardening or compliance audits.
