Role Overview:

As a Senior Project Analyst at Paralleldots, you will be instrumental in driving the successful execution of our AI projects. You will work closely with project managers, engineering teams, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to deliver cutting-edge AI solutions to our clients and maintain our competitive edge in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans in collaboration with project managers.

- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.

- Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, risks, and issues.

- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and external vendors.

- Manage project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and test plans, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

- Support the project manager in managing project budgets and tracking expenses to ensure projects stay within budget.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

- Conduct post-project reviews and analyze lessons learned to improve future project performance.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to manage IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

- Proven experience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks, ensuring minimal impact on project deliverables.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve project issues quickly and effectively.

- Proficiency in project management tools and techniques, such as Gantt charts, risk registers, and stakeholder analysis.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
