Senior Marketing Manager We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts at ParallelDots. As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's brand image and driving growth through strategic marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities : 1. Create and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives. 2. Manage and enhance the company's brand image, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and channels. 3. Monitor performance and optimize strategies to maximize ROI. 4. Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. 5. Utilize data-driven insights to track and measure the success of marketing campaigns. Adjust strategies as needed to achieve KPIs. 6. Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to achieve marketing goals. 7. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Customer Support, to ensure alignment and synergy in marketing efforts. 8. Plan and execute all digital marketing ,including SEO/SEM, marketing database. 9. Manage channel partners and advisors Qualifications : 1. Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 2. Minimum 3 years experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role in the IT industry. 3. Experience with US/European Market is an added advantage. 4. Strong understanding of technology products and services. 5. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. 6. Proficiency in marketing automation tools, analytics, and CRM systems. 7. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 8. Ability to think strategically and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment.
