We are looking for Manager - Strategic Projects, Experience : 4 months to 5 years, 5 days working, Location : Vidyavihar, Mummbai. Candidates from Tier 1 colleges are preferred. Responsibilities: 1) Structure ambiguous problems and take action to solve them & establish trust-based relationships with clients to better serve their organizations. 2) Synthesize clear takeaways from complex information into clear takeaways and recommendations using both qualitative and quantitative methods. 3) Work effectively with diverse teams as well as case teams in roles that varies according to the teams objectives, to come up with the best solution, move people and organizations to act. 4) Communicate effectively with all audiences, including senior leaders, in a structured manner. 5) Provide clients with powerful facts and analyses that outline solutions and drive change. 6) Be responsible for identifying information sources, gathering, and interpreting data, and presenting your findings to case team members and client stakeholders. 7) Interviewing the client's customers, competitors, suppliers, and employees; this work becomes the basis of the case team's strategic recommendation. 8) Research the client organization and industry; interview, conduct focus groups and facilitate workshops with client employees, management teams and other stakeholders Identify issues, create hypotheses and execute analysis; translate data into meaningful insights; present recommendations to key decision makers. 9) Move the client to action; develop a plan to implement the strategic recommendations; manage the execution. 10) After accumulating appropriate experience, take responsibility for supervising more junior ACs & develop your leadership style, leveraging your own passions, strengths, and personal values.
