Position Description: Supervisor, Corporate Accounting


Position Location: Jaipur/Gurugram



Reports To: Manager, Corporate Accounting


What Were Looking For:




Entrees (Requirements):


- Bachelors/ Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.


- 35 years of relevant accounting experience.


- Strong knowledge of compensation and equity accounting principles.


- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, analytics).


- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


- Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.

With a Side Of (Additional Skills):


- CPA/CA or equivalent certification (preferred).


- Experience with Dynamics 365, Shareworks, and ADP.


- Ability to collaborate effectively across HR, Finance, and Payroll teams.


- Familiarity with leveraging AI tools to drive insights on labor costs.

Unleash Your Potential: What You Will Be Doing and Owning:


Monthly Accounting Entries & Reconciliation:


- Own and review monthly journal entries and reconciliations for compensation and equity-related activities, including stock-based compensation expense, payroll accruals, and related entries.


- Partner with the HR Finance team to align compensation-related data for financial reporting.

Equity Accounting & Reconciliation:


- Assist in preparing and maintaining equity rollforwards and ensuring accuracy in equity-related transactions.


- Perform monthly and quarterly reconciliations of equity accounts (stock options, RSUs, ESPPs).

Analytics & Reporting:


- Analyze payroll and benefits activity to identify trends and variances.


- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency in payroll and equity operations.


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, Payroll) to ensure accuracy of payroll data.


- Leverage AI to generate insights into labor costs.
