Role & Responsibilities: - Ensure compliances with the Companies Act, 2013; - Ensure compliances of RBI, SEBI, Stock Exchanges, Depositories and other sectoral regulators; - Prepare, conduct and finalize Board Meetings, General Meetings and draft Minutes for all Board Meetings / General Meetings; - To assist and advise the Board in ensuring good Corporate Governance & in complying with the Corporate Governance requirements and best practices; - To ensure robust statutory compliance mechanism inclusive of preparation of compliance manual, tracker and so on; - Apprise/Advise the Management / Board on compliances periodically; - Liaise with the finance team/business team in handling Compliance/scrutiny if any; - To oversee making & filing of forms/reports/documents as required under various applicable laws; Key Competencies: - Good verbal and written communication skills; - Attention to detail and a well-organised approach to work; - A proactive approach to organisational issues with ability to multi-task, communicate with the Board Members as also at all level of management, develop team/s and work in a fast paced environment in a time-bound manner; - A diplomatic approach and the confidence to provide support to management staff and board members; - Integrity and discretion when handling confidential information; - A sound grasp of corporate governance issues; - Should have ability to provide required leadership to his/her team to achieve corporate goals; Preferred Background: NBFC Years of Experience: 5-8 years Location: Saki Vihar Road, Andheri East
