P&L Lead | Enterprise AI & Voice Automation
Location: Noida | Experience: 7-10 Years
About the Role:
Lead the P&L and end-to-end delivery of enterprise Voice AI deployments, ensuring customers successfully adopt AI agents and achieve measurable business outcomes. You will lead AI Product Managers and work closely with customers, Product, Engineering and Forward Deployment teams to drive scalable AI implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own P&L, revenue, margins and business outcomes for a portfolio of enterprise accounts.
- Lead the complete AI deployment lifecycle - feasibility, onboarding, implementation, go-live, stabilization and scale.
- Partner with senior customer stakeholders to identify AI use cases, deployment requirements and success metrics.
- Lead AI Product Managers and work with Engineering/FDE teams to deliver custom Voice AI solutions.
- Drive experimentation, optimization, adoption, retention and measurable ROI from AI agents.
- Track customer health, operational performance and commercial metrics; proactively resolve risks and blockers.
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and additional AI/automation use cases.
- Build and lead a high-performing team, establishing scalable processes for AI delivery excellence.
Ideal Candidate:
- 7 to 10 years in AI/ML, Voice AI, Conversational AI, Product, Enterprise Technology, Implementation, Customer Success or Operations.
- Strong experience managing enterprise technology/AI deployments and complex customer relationships.
- Strong business acumen with exposure to P&L, revenue or account ownership.
- Technically comfortable working with AI, Product and Engineering teams.
- Proven people leadership, high ownership and ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
