P&L Head - Luxury Real Estate

Job Description :

P&L Management :

- Manage assets to maintain or improve project profitability and returns

- Handle financial modelling and analysis

- Lead annual operating plan planning and execution

- Oversee daily site operations

- Ensure project execution aligns with the business plan

Risk Management :

- Identify and resolve risks during pre-construction and construction phases

- Assess risks, suggest mitigation plans, and recommend solutions to management

Team Management :

- Set goals and objectives for team members aligned with the AOP

- Review team performance and conduct regular evaluations

- Drive team engagement and collaboration activities

- Strong experience in managing construction teams is required

Process Improvement & Compliance :

- Identify areas for process improvement

- Suggest ideas to improve efficiency, cost, and productivity

- Implement process improvements within the team

- Ensure compliance with company policies and processes

- Maintain adherence to project timelines

Qualifications & Experience :

- B.E. and MBA with 15+ years of experience in real estate organizations

Desired Skills :

- Strong business and financial understanding with focus on P&L and cash flow

- Experience in financial modelling and annual business planning

- Cross-functional exposure

- Expertise in construction execution and team management

- Site and project management experience (PCP exposure preferred)

- Customer experience management knowledge
