Role Overview

We are hiring a target-driven Platform Growth Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of Experts-from sourcing and onboarding to activation, performance optimization, and revenue growth.

This is a core business role (not HR) with direct responsibility for building a high-quality, revenue-generating Expert ecosystem through data-driven performance management and scalable growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Expert Recruitment & Onboarding

- Recruit and onboard high-potential Experts aligned with platform quality and revenue benchmarks

- Design and improve Expert qualification & screening frameworks

- Own onboarding to ensure full activation, compliance, and platform readiness

- Set clear expectations on earnings potential, KPIs, and platform rules

Expert Activation & Early Success

- Ensure Experts achieve first revenue milestones within defined timelines

- Track early indicators such as availability, engagement, response rates, and conversion

- Proactively intervene to reduce early-stage churn

Expert Growth & Revenue Optimization

- Analyze Expert-level data to identify growth levers and performance gaps

- Drive improvements in pricing, availability, promotions, visibility, and offers

- Increase utilization, repeat usage, and average revenue per Expert (ARPE)

- Ensure consistent availability and service quality to maximize demand capture

Performance Management & Retention

- Track KPIs including revenue, active hours, utilization, repeat customers, and drop-offs

- Deliver structured, data-backed feedback and action plans

- Design retention mechanisms to improve long-term Expert value

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Partner with Growth, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams

- Provide Expert-side insights to influence product features, campaigns, and policies

- Align Expert supply readiness with demand-generation initiatives

Reporting & Insights

- Build dashboards tracking recruitment funnel, activation rates, and revenue cohorts

- Share actionable insights and recommendations with leadership

- Continuously refine recruitment quality and growth strategies using data

Key KPIs

- Number of high-quality Experts onboarded per month

- % of Experts achieving first revenue milestone within X days

- Average Revenue per Expert (ARPE)

- Expert activation and retention rates

- Revenue from newly onboarded Experts

- Expert churn reduction

Required Skills & Experience

- MBA in Sales / Marketing (mandatory)

- Experience in target-driven sales, partner management, or channel roles

- Proven ability to onboard and manage large partner ecosystems

- Strong post-onboarding focus on growth, retention, and monetization

- High comfort with metrics, targets, incentives, and revenue tracking

- Strong analytical skills with ability to convert data into action

- Excellent stakeholder management and execution discipline

Preferred Background

- Dealer / distributor / retailer / channel partner management experience

- Exposure to FMCG, Telecom, Consumer Durables, EdTech, or D2C ecosystems

- Prior roles in channel sales, partner growth, or sales operations

- Experience managing hundreds or thousands of partners across regions

- Familiarity with incentive structures and performance-based retention models
