Job Title: P&C Head (Broking)

Must have skills:

1. US/ UK P&C INS expert with emphasis on Broking

2. 18+Years of Experience in Managing P&C Broking Operations (End to End operations across New business, renewals, underwriting, Claims, Fiduciary)

3. Managed a Multi-shore team of 700+ FTEs

4. Good understanding of Industry Trends

5. Led Major Transformation Projects Delivering Significant Benefits

6. Handled RFPs/ Proactive Proposals

7. Good experience in developing high impact presentations (PPTs) for internal and external customers

8. Green Belt Certification

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience in managing Reinsurance and Personal Lines operations for US/ UK based customers

2. Experience in managing voice operations

3. Black Belt Certification

4. Managed Blended Operations (Contact Center + Backoffice)

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage Delivery of End-to-End processes for multiple strategic accounts

2. Identification of Additional Business Opportunities

3. Create New Offerings/ Contribute to the COEs

4. Focus on Building Niche skills proactively within the organization
