Job Summary:
We are looking for an dynamic and result driven Regional Key Account Manager-Modern Trade to lead and grow our business in assigned region in modern trade business.
The person will be responsible for managing key modern trade account , driving sales, building strong relationship.
The role encompasses end-to-end responsibility for Account handling, Closure & Execution of TOTs, Negotiations & On-boarding of accounts across India in Modern Trade.
This includes Secondary & Primary management, Visibility of the product, Distributor management & Team Management.
What Youll Do:
- Account Management
- Availability of all the products in Modern Trade Accounts.
- Developing & Implementation modern trade strategy , aligned with the overall sales objective of organisation.
- Negotiation , Pricing & TOTs with the accounts for long term business.
- Implementation & Tracking all the KPIs at store level (Filtrate, PO Volume, Customer Satisfaction Matrix etc.
- Distributor Management.
- ROI of the distributor.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with the modern trade channels.
- Secondary Claim management.
- Participation in the festivals to enhance visibility of the brand & revenue generation along with the BAUs.
- Growth Management.
- Secondary & Primary management of the business.
- Quarterly/ Monthly sales progression.
- NPD development &growth.
- Ensure timely execution of launches , promotion and activation plans across modern trade stores.

What we are looking For:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales & distribution (MT) in FMCG industry.
- In-depth business knowledge.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
