Program Manager - IIT/IIM or Tier 1 Colleges As a Program Manager at Paisabazaar, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation and management of the Personal Loan program. You will collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to drive the growth and profitability of the Personal Loan product. Your role will involve planning, executing, and monitoring key initiatives to achieve business objectives while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities: - Program Strategy and Planning : Develop and implement a comprehensive program strategy for the Personal Loan product, considering market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Define program goals, KPIs, and success metrics aligned with business objectives. - Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, sales, operations, and risk management, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of the Personal Loan program. Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members. - Product Development and Enhancement : Collaborate with product teams to identify customer requirements and drive the development and enhancement of the Personal Loan product. Provide insights and recommendations based on market research, customer feedback, and industry best practices. - Program Execution and Monitoring : Oversee the end-to-end execution of the Personal Loan program. Monitor program performance, track key metrics, and conduct regular reviews to identify areas for improvement. Implement corrective actions as needed to ensure program success. - Risk Management and Compliance : Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory guidelines and internal policies throughout the Personal Loan program lifecycle. Collaborate with risk management and legal teams to mitigate risks and address compliance issues. - Stakeholder Management : Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including lending partners, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies. Collaborate with partners to negotiate and manage agreements, ensure service level agreements are met, and drive mutually beneficial partnerships. - Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence : Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences related to Personal Loan products. Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge. - Program Reporting and Communication : Prepare and present regular program updates, performance reports, and insights to senior management and other stakeholders. Communicate program objectives, progress, and results effectively to internal and external audiences. Requirements: - Bachelor or Post graduation from tier 1 colleges. - Proven experience as a Program Manager or in a similar role within the financial services industry, preferably with a focus on Personal Loans. - Strong understanding of Personal Loan products, lending processes, and regulatory requirements. - Demonstrated ability to develop and execute program strategies, drive results, and manage cross-functional teams. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences. - Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. - Strong business acumen and market awareness. - Knowledge of financial technology (fintech) industry trends and innovations.
