Company Leading General Insurance Firm Job title: Lead Performance Marketing Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai Job Description: - Take ownership and set up a strategy for all paid campaigns. - Lead execution of campaigns across channels (SEM, Google - Search/ Display/ YouTube/ Discovery, Facebook, Instagram and other social channels) to meet key performance metrics. - Explore vendor partnerships and new channels for paid acquisition. - Lead budget allocation and planning of digital marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition and sales growth. - Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests and optimize user funnels. - Identify trends and insights and optimize spending and performance based on the insights. - Oversee measurement and reporting of the performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (return on investment and performance metrics). Desirable Skill Set: - Min 5+ years of performance/digital marketing experience, including expertise in Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube Marketing. - Proven track record of helping scale up digital marketing in a start-up environment and/or relevant work experience in leading performance marketing agencies. - A start-up mentality with a bias to action and the ability to flex in a fast-paced environment. - Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g.: Google Analytics, Similar Web). - Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. - Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills.
