Job Description:
- Google Ads (Primary Ownership)
- Plan, build, and scale Google Ads accounts across:
- Search (brand, non-brand, competitor)
- Shopping & Performance Max
- Display and YouTube (where relevant)
- Own keyword strategy, match types, negatives, bidding strategies, and budget allocation.
- Continuously optimize for ROAS, CPA, and revenue growth.
- Diagnose performance issues related to feed quality, intent mismatch, or auction pressure.
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram):
- Build and manage full-funnel Meta campaigns (prospecting, retargeting, retention).
- Work closely with creative teams to test multiple creative angles, formats, and messaging.
- Optimize audiences, placements, budgets, and bidding strategies based on performance data.
- Understand and adapt to Meta algorithm shifts and attribution changes.
Performance Optimization & Experimentation:
- Design and run structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, bidding, and landing pages.
- Identify scaling opportunities without sacrificing efficiency.
- Analyze performance trends and proactively course-correct.
- Collaborate with CRO and creative teams to improve landing page and post-click performance.
Analytics, Tracking & Attribution:
- Ensure accurate tracking via Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta pixel, and conversion APIs.
- Interpret data across multiple attribution models and platforms.
- Build performance reports focused on insights and action, not just metrics.
Required Qualifications:
- 8-12+ years of hands-on PPC experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong experience with US e-commerce or D2C brands.
- Proven track record of managing large budgets with profitable ROAS.
- Deep understanding of Google Ads auction dynamics and Meta delivery systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action.
- Experience working closely with creative and CRO teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Willingness to work full-time from the Gurugram office.

- Merchant Center & product feed optimization
- Strong Excel / Sheets skills
- Familiarity with Shopify and e-commerce tracking setups
