About The Role:
We are looking for a data-driven and strategic Paid Media Specialist with strong B2B marketing experience to plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in paid search, paid social, and display campaigns targeted at driving leads and conversions for B2B clients or enterprise audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and Display Networks.
- Drive high-quality B2B lead generation and optimize campaigns for MQLs and SQLs.
- Build and manage end-to-end paid media strategy from audience segmentation, targeting, ad creation, and landing page optimization to conversion tracking.
- Collaborate closely with content, creative, and analytics teams to ensure campaign messaging aligns with audience needs and business goals.
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPL, CPA, ROI, etc.) and derive actionable insights for optimization.
- Manage budgets efficiently and ensure maximum ROI across platforms.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages.
- Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising, automation, and B2B performance marketing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in paid media management, preferably with B2B marketing exposure.
- Proven experience managing campaigns on LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, funnel stages, and lead nurturing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, HubSpot, or other marketing automation tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
