Description: Looking for a marketing expert who runs Google, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic & TikTok ads that bring in real paying customers (B2B) for an international recruitment SaaS.
Summary: Own and scale paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels to drive measurable revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns (search, social, display).
- Manage budgets, CPL/CPA targets, ROAS, and funnels.
- Build keyword sets, audiences, lookalikes, retargeting flows.
- Create and test ad creatives, landing pages, hooks, and CTAs.
- Run A/B tests and iterate based on performance data.
- Track performance using GA4, Looker, Tag Manager, UTM frameworks.
- Report weekly insights, KPIs, and scaling opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams.
Requirements:
- 5+ years managing paid marketing across Google + Meta (mandatory).
- Strong analytics: GA4, attribution, conversion tracking.
- Proven ROAS-positive campaign history.
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads, programmatic, or TikTok (bonus).
- Ability to write copy + build creative briefs.
- Strong understanding of funnels, CRO, and targeting logic.
- Fast execution and data-driven mindset.
