This is an exciting P&L management role within our HR Practice. The role encompasses Business Development & Recruitment.

Description:

- Identify and develop client/business relationships in a dynamic environment.

- Drive new business development via reaching out to clients, candidate references, industry events,

- Create new revenue streams with existing clients by cross selling/up selling and identifying new clients.

- Continually seek to build expertise and specialisation in the chosen market

- Consult clients on the most appropriate recruitment solution for attracting candidates as well as consult candidates on general career advice/market opportunities.

- Driving mid-senior level hiring for your clients.

- Build a comprehensive candidate database in your discipline.

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process through sourcing, interview to offer.

- Network to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities.

Profile:

We are looking for candidates coming from B2B Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, recruitment or client facing backgrounds willing to make their career in a commercial role encompassing Business Development & Recruitment.
