PagarBook is expanding its field sales team and we're looking for a dynamic Team Lead who can drive revenue, manage a high-performing sales force, and accelerate our presence in the Mumbai market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor & motivate a team of BDMs
- Achieve both individual and team sales targets
- Drive field activity, client meetings, demos & closures
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Forecast, plan and execute sales strategies
- Track performance metrics & provide data-driven insights
- Expand customer base within assigned territory
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of field sales experience
- 1-2 years of proven team-handling experience
- Strong communication, negotiation & leadership skills
- Experience with CRM tools & sales pipeline management
- Self-driven, target-focused, and comfortable with field activities
