Our client, a leading supply chain technology platform with a robust ecosystem of MRO and Office supplies is hiring for a Lead Packaging Sales to focus on driving sales for their packaging solutions within the B2B e-commerce space. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, a deep understanding of packaging products and solutions, and the ability to drive growth across multiple business sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales efforts for our packaging solutions, targeting B2B customers across various industries.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with business goals, ensuring the growth of our packaging segment.
- Identify new business opportunities and actively prospect new clients for packaging solutions.
- Conduct consultative sales meetings to understand clients' needs and recommend tailored packaging solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including procurement managers, operations heads, and C-level executives.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, pricing, and contracts, ensuring the best solutions are provided to clients at competitive rates.
- Track and analyze sales data to assess performance, identify market trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Seasoned sales professional, with a focus on packaging solutions or B2B sales within the e commerce, supply chain, or procurement industry.
- Strong understanding of packaging products, materials, and supply chain operations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
