Key Responsibilities:

- Manage advanced digital printing systems, ink formulation, and color management workflows for high-definition surface designs.

- Drive new product innovation in line with market demands and client customization requests.

- Collaborate closely with Production, Design, and QC teams for seamless execution of product development cycles.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, new materials, and competitor advancements to keep our offerings competitive and cutting-edge.

- Provide technical mentoring and operational guidance to the design, printing, and production teams.

Key Skill Areas:

- Proven track record in R&D leadership and new product development

- Strong expertise in digital printing technology, ink formulation, and color calibration

- Comprehensive understanding of glazing, tile body formulations, and surface finishing techniques

- Experience in managing end-to-end product development cycles

Qualifications:

- B.E. / Diploma in Ceramic Engineering, Material Science, or Chemical Engineering

- 10 to 20 years of senior-level R&D experience in the ceramic, quartz and porcelain tile industry
