We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Regional Manager with 8-10 years of relevant experience to oversee business operations, sales performance, and team management across the assigned region.

The role involves driving regional growth, achieving revenue targets, strengthening market presence, and leading multiple teams to deliver consistent business results.

Key Responsibilities:

Regional Business & Revenue Management:

- Own and deliver revenue, growth, and profitability targets for the assigned region

- Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with company strategy

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior within the region

- Identify new market opportunities, expansion areas, and channel growth initiatives

Sales Leadership & Team Management:

- Lead, mentor, and manage Area Managers, Branch Managers, and frontline sales teams

- Set regional KPIs, targets, and performance metrics

- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and capability-building programs

- Drive a high-performance culture focused on achievement, accountability, and collaboration

Channel & Stakeholder Management:

- Manage and grow distribution channels, partners, dealers, or bancassurance relationships (as applicable)

- Build strong relationships with key clients, channel partners, and regional stakeholders

- Handle escalations, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction across the region

Operations & Compliance:

- Ensure smooth regional operations in line with company policies and SOPs

- Monitor compliance with statutory, regulatory, and internal audit requirements

- Optimize operational efficiency, cost control, and process adherence

Reporting & Reviews:

- Track regional performance through dashboards, CRM systems, and MIS reports

- Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews to senior management

- Analyze gaps against targets and implement corrective action plans

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with Marketing, HR, Finance, and Operations teams

- Support marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities

- Provide market intelligence and feedback for product and strategy enhancement

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Strong leadership and people management skills

- Proven ability to drive regional sales and operational performance

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

- Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Experience using CRM, MIS, and performance tracking tools

- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region
