Our flagship product, Centa Painter, automates paint, putty, and sanding for building interiors. Now, we're scaling deployments to seize global leadership in construction robotics within 24 months.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a pioneering Head of Sales - our first sales leader to own the full commercial engine. As the architect and owner of our GTM strategy, you'll build from the ground up, scale revenue with precision, and lead us to dominate construction robotics in India, the Middle East and other global markets.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a high-impact role for a strategic builder ready to shape a global leader. Robotics in construction remains nascent but is poised to go mainstream within five years. At Pace Robotics, we're pioneering this global transformation and as our Head of Sales, you'll drive and execute it independently. What You'll Do?
- Develop and execute high-impact sales strategies for Pace Robotics' multi-tasking construction robots, targeting key segments and high-growth markets like India and the Middle East.
- Proactively identify, engage, and build relationships with senior decision-makers in leading real estate and construction firms.
- Lead dynamic product demonstrations and technical presentations to influence management, project, and procurement teams.
- Design lead qualification frameworks and cultivate a high-performance sales pipeline to exceed company growth targets.
- Drive market education, showcasing product innovations, use cases, and compelling ROI for diverse customer segments.
- Forge strategic long-term partnerships to maximize customer lifetime value (LTV).
- Take full ownership of ambitious annual revenue targets, propelling business expansion.
- Nurture enduring relationships with key decision-makers, project leads, and procurement stakeholders.
- Craft competitive pricing and positioning strategies informed by deep customer insights and regional/global market analysis.
- Represent Pace Robotics at premier industry events like Big 5 and Cityscape to expand our footprint.
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales team aligned with aggressive growth objectives.
- Partner with marketing to elevate Pace Robotics' brand leadership in India and key international markets.
Who You Are?
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (civil engineering preferred) and an MBA/PGDM from a premier institute.
- 5-10 years of total experience, with a minimum of 5 years in B2B sales post-MBA.
- Proven track record achieving ambitious growth targets for innovative, first-to-market products.
- Experience selling digital or physical solutions to construction companies.
- Demonstrated success closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with long sales cycles and technical evaluations.
- Strong negotiation skills and expertise in structured sales processes involving diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in modern lead generation, communication, and CRM tools (e.g., Apollo, HubSpot).
- Deep understanding of construction processes, project models, and stakeholder dynamics.
- Experience building from ground up and leading teams of 10+ members and owning category, regional, or product-level accounts.
Personal Attributes:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and commercial audiences.
- Strong problem-solving with a consultative selling approach.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to independently manage territories and accounts.
- Command over multiple regional languages preferred.
Working Conditions:
- Office-based in Bengaluru.
- Monday to Saturday.
- Must be comfortable with domestic and international travel.
