Job Title: P2P Lead Location: Bangalore Company: One of the top consumer brands in its product category. What You'll Do: - Lead end- to- end Procure to Pay (P2P) function. - Supervise the activities of the in- house P2P team and the outsourced partners. - Manage employee claims and reimbursement process. - Manage end- to- end fixed assets process. - Oversee, manage, and lead the month- end / year- end closing related to the P2P function. - Maintain ERP and other tools related to the P2P function to ensure proper, complete, and accurate record- keeping. Also, ensure completeness and accuracy. - Work directly with internal and external stakeholders on P2P and/or other related initiatives to ensure robust accounting processes at all times. - Lead the preparation of MIS reports in collaboration with outsourced partners. - Evaluate departmental performance and make adjustments to daily operations, when needed to ensure the department meets overall goals and objectives. - Provide training, guidance, and direction to employees to ensure work is performed in an efficient, timely, and knowledgeable manner. - Work directly with auditors during the audits / due diligence. - Create/manage internal financial processes ensuring control and conduct internal reviews of processes, records, systems, reports, etc - Direct the implementation of needed corrections as determined by the audit. - Review cash needs and furnish inputs to the Treasury team / Senior management for planning purposes. - Identify and lead automation projects for P2P function. What You'll Bring: - You must be a CA with 3+ years of relevant post- qualification experience - You have strong experience in managing the P2P function involving outsourced partners - You have strong analytical skills and high attention to detail - You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with different stakeholder - You have strong managerial skills and are able to function in a supervisory role - You are able to prioritize work to meet scheduled deadlines while handling multiple tasks
