Key Responsibilities: - Own end-to-end P&L accountability for the business or business unit. - Develop and implement business strategy to drive top-line growth and optimize bottom-line margins. - Define and track key business KPIs, including revenue, cost, gross margin, CAC, and CLTV. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams sales, marketing, finance, product, and operations to align performance with strategic goals. - Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities and threats. - Create monthly, quarterly, and annual business forecasts and financial plans. - Drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and capital allocation decisions. - Manage investor/stakeholder communication and support fundraising or M&A initiatives when required. Requirements: - MBA from a Tier-1/Tier-2 institute preferred (IIM/ISB/XLRI/FMS/MDI/SP Jain etc.) - 10-15 years of progressive experience in general management, business strategy, operations, or finance. - Proven experience in owning and managing a business P&L of 100 Cr+ (or equivalent in a startup/scale-up setting). - Strong analytical mindset and comfort with data tools (Excel/PowerBI/SQL). - Excellent leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills. - Entrepreneurial attitude and the ability to operate in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
