Were Hiring: Key Account Manager E-Commerce. Location: Janakpuri / Delhi NCR. Company: Ozone Pharmaceuticals. We are looking for a results-driven Key Account Manager E-Commerce to lead and scale our presence across key online platforms such as Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, and D2C channels. The role focuses on revenue growth, marketplace partnerships, and execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Business & Revenue Management:
- Own revenue, contribution, and growth targets for assigned e-commerce accounts.
- Support annual & quarterly business planning aligned with overall e-commerce strategy.
- Manage channel-wise marketing spends to drive ROI-positive growth.
- Identify growth levers across assortment, pricing, promotions, and visibility.
Channel Operations & Growth:
- Track daily performance: sales, traffic, conversion, pricing, stock, ratings & reviews.
- Ensure product availability, pricing accuracy, and brand consistency.
- Coordinate with performance marketing, content, and creative teams.
- Improve funnel metrics such as CTR, conversion rate, and drop-offs.
Marketplace & Key Account Management:
- Act as the primary SPOC for assigned marketplaces.
- Drive Joint Business Plans (JBPs), promotions, and visibility initiatives.
- Coordinate with supply chain & operations to ensure inventory accuracy and SLA adherence.
- Resolve platform escalations, claims, and operational issues.
Marketing, CRM & Analytics:
- Execute and optimize marketplace ads, promotions, SEO, retargeting, and CRM initiatives.
- Track ROAS, CAC, contribution margin, and key KPIs.
- Prepare performance reports and insights for internal reviews.
Operations & Customer Experience:
- Ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer experience.
- Monitor returns, cancellations, and service KPIs.
- Coordinate with finance on reconciliations and claim settlements.
Qualifications:
- MBA / PG or Digital Marketing certifications preferred.
Experience & Skills:
- 6 to 10 years of experience in E-commerce / Digital Growth roles.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of marketplace operations, ads, and promotions.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and execution skills.
- Proficiency in marketplace dashboards, Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, ops, finance & agencies.
- Interest in FMCG, beauty, skincare, or pharma-led consumer brands.
