Ozone Pharma is looking for an experienced Commercial / Lab Business Head to lead business operations, client management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive commercial strategy, revenue growth, and profitability for the analytical lab.

- Identify new business opportunities and manage client acquisition & retention.

- Develop pricing models, proposals, quotations, and service agreements.

- Oversee daily analytical lab operations and ensure timely project completion.

- Strengthen client relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery.

- Maintain compliance with NABL (ISO/IEC 17025), GLP, WHO-GMP, and other pharma regulatory standards.

- Lead certification audits, regulatory inspections, and client audits.

- Ensure proper documentation, data integrity, and audit readiness at all times.

- Coordinate with QA, QC, and Technical teams for seamless operations.

- Monitor budgets, financial performance, and cost control.

- Implement process improvements to improve lab efficiency and turnaround time.

Eligibility & Experience:

- 8-15 years experience in pharma analytical labs / commercial management / business operations.

- Strong exposure to lab certifications & regulatory audits.

- Excellent business understanding and client-handling capability.

- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
