Role Overview:

The Senior Manager - Rider Management will lead the end-to-end strategy for our fleet operations, ensuring optimal rider productivity and retention. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, data analytics, and regional operations, to translate business goals into actionable rider-centric initiatives. By managing the full rider lifecycle - from onboarding and training to performance optimization and engagement - you will directly influence the company's delivery reliability and overall operational cost-efficiency. This role is based in Gurugram and requires a hands-on leader capable of navigating high-pressure environments to drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and execute comprehensive rider lifecycle management strategies to improve retention rates and fleet stability across all operational zones.

- Analyze large datasets to identify operational bottlenecks and implement data-backed solutions that enhance fleet utilization and delivery speed.

- Lead process excellence initiatives by standardizing rider workflows and SOPs to ensure consistency and efficiency in daily logistics operations.

- Manage key internal and external stakeholders to align fleet capacity with fluctuating demand patterns and business growth requirements.

- Oversee the performance management framework for riders, implementing incentive structures and training programs that drive high-quality service delivery.

- Monitor real-time fleet metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership to mitigate risks and capitalize on operational opportunities.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale fleet operations or logistics networks with a focus on rider-facing metrics.

- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets to drive strategic decision-making.
