Head of Product (6-8 yrs)
About the Role:
We're hiring a Product Head to lead product strategy and execution at OZi.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys solving complex consumer problems, building products from first principles, and leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
What we're looking for:
- 5-6 years of experience in Product Management or a generalist business role at a consumer technology company.
- Demonstrated people management experience, with the ability to hire, mentor, and lead teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a first-principles approach to decision-making.
- Excellent product intuition and customer-centric thinking.
- Strong academic pedigree from a Tier 1 Engineering institute and/or Tier 1 MBA.
