About the role:
- Own and manage performance marketing channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other paid platforms
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns to achieve CAC, ROAS, and revenue targets
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to scale customer acquisition
- Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize based on insights and analytics
- Collaborate with creative and product teams to improve ad creatives, landing pages, and conversion funnels
- Conduct A/B testing across ads, creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Analyze user behavior and funnel performance using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar
- Manage budgets effectively and allocate spends across channels for maximum ROI
- Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and new growth opportunities.
