Key Responsibilities:
Talent Management & Workforce Planning:
- Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Support performance management processes and succession planning.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new hires.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, queries, and conflict resolution.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, culture-building programs, and retention strategies.
- Conduct skip-level meetings, pulse checks, and feedback sessions.
Performance & Policy Management:
- Support implementation of HR policies, processes, and compliance.
- Facilitate performance reviews, goal-setting, and appraisal discussions.
- Advise managers on corrective actions, disciplinary procedures, and policy adherence.
Learning & Development:
- Identify skill gaps and propose relevant training programs.
- Work with L&D to execute capability-building initiatives for teams.
HR Operations:
- Ensure timely completion of HR documentation, exit processes, and audits.
- Maintain HR dashboards, MIS reports, and key HR metrics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with payroll, recruitment, and admin teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience as HRBP or in a generalist HR role.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, employment laws, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS tools, MS Office, and reporting.
