Role Summary:
We are hiring an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to build new 0 - 1 products, explore new business verticals, and create the next wave of growth for the company. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems from scratch, building MVPs, and operating with high autonomy.
You will work directly with the Founder to conceptualise, validate, and scale new business ideas.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify high-potential ideas aligned with the company's long-term roadmap.
2. Conduct market research, user interviews, and competitor benchmarking.
3. Build and launch MVPs quickly using lean resources.
4. Drive experiments and iterate based on user feedback and data.
5. Create a roadmap, business case, financial models, and GTM plans.
6. Work with product, tech, design, and growth teams to build new initiatives.
7. Own the early-stage P&L and performance metrics of new verticals.
8. Scale successful initiatives into independent business units.
9. Set up the initial team for new verticals once validated.
What We're Looking For:
1. Ex-founders or people who have built 0-1 products.
2. Excellent first-principles thinking and problem-solving.
3. Strong understanding of product, market dynamics, and user needs.
4. Ability to work with extreme autonomy and navigate ambiguity.
5. Entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution bias.
6. Ability to hustle, experiment, and iterate quickly
