Role Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to help inform business decisions and improve performance. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across departments to deliver actionable insights and visualizations that drive growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, patterns, and insights
- Provide data-driven recommendations to stakeholders for business improvement
- Work with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, finance, etc.) to understand data needs
- Communicate findings clearly through visualizations, presentations, and reports
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy
- Assist in designing A/B tests, market analyses, and predictive models (if applicable)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases
- 1-3 years of experience as Data Analyst
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Proficiency in Excel and at least one programming language (e.g., Python, R)
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data interpretation
- Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear, actionable manner
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
