Role Overview:

As a Business Analyst at OZI Technologies, you will serve as the critical bridge between complex business challenges and technical execution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and key stakeholders, to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements. By leveraging data-driven insights and rigorous analysis, you will play a pivotal role in shaping product roadmaps and ensuring that the solutions delivered provide tangible value to our users and the broader business ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

- Translate high-level business objectives into detailed functional specifications to guide the development team in building accurate solutions.

- Perform deep-dive data analysis to identify operational bottlenecks and uncover opportunities for product optimization.

- Design and maintain robust data models that support scalable reporting and informed decision-making across the organization.

- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

- Manage the product backlog within an Agile framework, prioritizing tasks to ensure the timely delivery of high-impact features.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated proficiency in Business Analysis, with a proven ability to document complex processes and requirements for technical teams.

- Advanced SQL skills, including the ability to write complex queries for data extraction, manipulation, and performance tuning.

- Strong experience in Data Modeling, with the ability to structure data in a way that supports efficient reporting and analytics.

- Expertise in Data Analytics, using data to derive actionable insights that influence strategic business decisions.

- Hands-on experience working in Agile environments, including familiarity with sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative development cycles.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.

- A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site work environment in Gurugram.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field, with 2 - 5 years of relevant professional experience.
