About the role:

We're looking for a Brand Manager who operates like a generalist athlete - someone who can think strategy, execute campaigns, understand media, and obsess over content.

This role sits at the intersection of brand, performance, content, and community, and will be critical in shaping how OZi shows up across channels - online and offline.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand & Communication:

Own and evolve OZi's brand voice, tonality, and messaging across all touchpoints

Build strong, consistent narratives that resonate with modern parents

Ensure alignment between product, marketing, and communication

2. Campaign Planning & Execution:

Conceptualize and execute full-funnel campaigns (digital + offline)

Drive campaign calendars around launches, moments, and cultural hooks

Work closely with performance, design, and content teams to bring campaigns to life.

3. Content-First Thinking:

Lead with a content-first approach across platforms (Instagram, website, ads, etc.)

Collaborate with creators, influencers, and internal teams to produce high-quality, high-converting content.

Build storytelling formats that scale.

4. Media & Performance Understanding:

Have a working understanding of media buying (Meta, Google, etc.)

Collaborate with performance marketing teams/agencies to align brand and performance goals

Ensure brand thinking translates effectively into paid media.

5. Offline & Experiential Marketing:

Plan and execute offline events, activations, and brand experiences

Identify opportunities to build real-world engagement with parents and communities.

6. Agency & Partner Management:

Build and manage relationships with creative, media, and PR agencies

Brief, evaluate, and drive output quality from external partners
