Description:
- Source candidates using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates for hiring managers.
- Coordinate interview schedules, provide timely feedback, and manage candidate communication.
- Partner with department heads to understand hiring requirements and define role specifications.
- Maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Prepare and issue offer letters, manage onboarding, and ensure smooth joining formalities.
- Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
- Build and maintain a strong employer brand through engagement and communication initiatives.
