Oyster Renewable Energy - Senior Manager/Manager - Project Finance

Fund Raising & Financing:

- Identify and evaluate funding sources including banks, NBFCs, private equity funds, HNIs, and institutional investors.

- Structure project-specific financing deals (construction finance, lease rental discounting, mezzanine funding, etc.).

- Prepare and present financial models, project reports, and investment memoranda for lenders/investors.

- Negotiate loan terms, interest rates, covenants, and repayment structures.

2. Financial Strategy & Planning:

- Work with senior management to develop capital-raising strategies aligned with company goals.

- Conduct financial feasibility studies and cash-flow analysis for projects.

- Assess risks, funding gaps, and propose financing solutions.

3. Investor & Lender Relations:

- Build and maintain relationships with banks, NBFCs, private equity funds, and other financial institutions.

- Manage investor reporting, periodic updates, and compliance with funding terms.

- Organize roadshows, investor presentations, and site visits.

Deal Origination:

- Identifying and pursuing new project finance opportunities such as RTL, LC, bill discounting.

Risk Assessment:

- Assessing and mitigating risks associated with project finance transactions.

Structuring Deals:

- Structuring financial transactions, including debt refinancing.

- Preparation BG and LC tracker

Due Diligence:

- Conducting due diligence on projects, including reviewing contracts and technical reports.

Stakeholder Relationship Management:

- Building and maintaining relationships with lenders, Rating Agencies, TEV consultant and LFA auditor.

Market Analysis:

- Staying up-to-date with market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments.

- Compliance with loan agreement

Skills:

1. Financial Expertise: Strong understanding of financial concepts, including financial modelling and risk analysis.

2. Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the project finance industry, including trends, regulations, and best practices.

3. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyse complex financial data.
