It's a 50 billion dollar market in India and OYO wants to exploit the learning's in the hotel segment to be a market leader in the housing segment Job Responsibilities: - Own the full-cycle recruiting process: Source, scout, screen, and recruit the best talent - Closely collaborate with hiring managers to define required skills and backgrounds for open positions, create assessment and interview schedules and seamlessly manage coordination - Ensure 100% staffing as per the agreed People Annual Operating Plan (AOP) - Enhance the portal utilization by posting jobs in a way to attract aspiring candidates - Conduct mass recruitment drives - Enhance employee referral programs - Compensation negotiation as per the recruitment guidelines set in the organization - Ensure 100% on-boarding of team members by liaising with HRBP/HR Admin - Prepare monthly scorecard on staffing Required Skills: - 1-4 years of Experience in a Bulk Hiring / Volume Hiring - Must have experience in Field Hiring from hard core sales - Work experience in Startups/retail/financial services - Strong negotiation skills - Graduate or post-graduate in any discipline - Experience in Excel is a must and fair knowledge in operating Note: Candidates should be willing to join immediately or within 15-20 days and willing to work in 6 days environment
