Role Summary:

We are looking for ex-management consultants from top-tier firms (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) with 2-5 years of experience to join our fast-track leadership program. You will drive high-impact projects across strategy, operations, growth, and transformation, with direct visibility to the CXO layer.

This is a high-ownership, high-impact role designed for leaders who aspire to be future CXOs. You will be responsible for end-to-end P&L interventions, including NRV optimization, accelerating RMS property additions, and improving direct & walk-in conversion metrics.

Key Responsibilities :

- Strategic Leadership: Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives across growth, product, customer experience, and operations.

- P&L Ownership: Drive NRV growth through innovative initiatives across pricing, inventory optimization, and channel mix management.

- Supply Expansion: Build and scale RMS (Revenue Managed Supply) by owning the funnel and driving monthly property additions.

- Demand Excellence: Scale direct and walk-in bookings to exceed 70% by improving customer journeys, marketing levers, and channel strategies.

- Operational Transformation: Execute large-scale programs to improve operational efficiency (Lean Ops, Six Sigma, etc.).

- Capability Building: Lead org design and capability enhancements across key functions (L&D, Design, R&M, PSCM).

- CXO Office Programs: Drive high-stakes transformation projects as part of the GPMO (Global Project Management Office).

- Investor and Executive Reporting: Support strategic updates for investor relations, board presentations, and global performance reviews.

What We're Looking For:

- 2-5 years of experience at McKinsey, BCG, or Bain

- Bachelor's degree from IIT/IIM/NIT/BITS or equivalent; MBA preferred but not mandatory

- Experience in business strategy, GTM, P&L ownership, or transformation programs

- Strong first-principles thinking, data orientation, and stakeholder management

- Prior exposure to startups, new business builds, or ops-heavy sectors is a plus

- Demonstrated experience in building from scratch or scaling 0-1 or 1-10 products or businesses
