Job Title: Manager / Senior Manager - Partner Retention
Role Overview:
The Partner Retention Manager will be responsible for preventing churn across OYO partner hotels by proactively identifying risk signals, resolving partner concerns, and driving sustained engagement. The role requires a deep understanding of hotel operations, strong problem-solving ability, and consistent on-ground engagement with partners to ensure satisfaction and business continuity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify at-risk partners using performance and feedback data; implement corrective actions to prevent churn.
- Engage directly with hotel owners and operators to resolve issues impacting retention and revenue.
- Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Central teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Drive monthly partner retention targets and deliver measurable impact.
- Conduct periodic partner connects to improve satisfaction, trust, and relationship depth.
- Share insights and recommendations to improve partner experience and reduce future churn.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in Operations, Partner Management, or Business Development roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to identify trends and drive outcomes.
- Comfortable with data-driven decision-making and on-ground partner interaction.
- Proven track record of delivering on targets in a fast-paced environment.
