Responsibilities : - Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for assessing the hiring needs, sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview & selection procedures and then identifying and recruiting the best talent. - Stakeholder management to deal with VPs and Directors with minimum supervision. - End to End Hiring process to be handled with various channels and source of hiring mode - Generate weekly/monthly dashboards and excel sheets. - Ensure continuous pipeline creation for various open positions, identify prospectively - Conduct regular follow-up meetings with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation - Build a talent pipeline for the future by proactively mapping/sourcing candidates. Desired Candidate profile:- - Overall 2-6 years work experience with in hiring for Non technical roles with e-Commerce / Product Startup organizations - Strong communication skills, Strong analytical skills and process orientation - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high growth start-up environment - Strong sourcing skills; having dealt with LinkedIn, Naukri, iimjobs various Job portals and understanding of new-age sourcing tools. - Good understanding of tech hiring space and the challenges of the current market dynamics. - Good data management skills; to maintain Excel and other reports related to recruitment - Self-starter with independent decision-making capability - Take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion - Manage various stakeholders, coordinate across businesses and departments to get work done
