Job Responsibilities: - Manage Category A accounts for entire region to drive line sales through relationship maintenance with clients - Generate revenue from existing accounts by identifying opportunities for the same - Work to retain clients in a specified region/market - Understand clients requirements and tailor-pitch the product portfolio accordingly - Work with operations team for seamless customer experience - Generate strategic insights to better market penetration - Share regular feedback on market conditions, competition, pricing and other factors influencing onground sales - Ensure collection of accounts receivable/outstanding amount from clients/accounts Skills Required: - High level of ownership - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders - Results driven and focused approach with attention to details - Focused and posses Sales mindset - Strong problem solving attitude with a bias to proactively resolving issues - Good relationship management skills and ability to get things done - Analytical frame of mind and go-getter attitude - Process oriented and strong inclination towards streamlining tasks - Ability to hustle internally and externally to solve client's issues - Hands on in terms of keeping proper track of follow-ups - Demonstrates high ethical values Experience Required: - 3-10 years of experience in B2B sales - Hospitality/Travel Industry experience is a must
